We recognise that visiting the doctor can be a worrying and stressful experience. However, we also believe that our doctors, nurses and staff have a right to work in a safe and healthy environment. In line with this, we take any violent or threatening behaviour in the surgery very seriously, and will consider excluding from our list any patient that acts in a violent or threatening manner.
