Registration
We are currently open to new patients. To register, you should be a resident or work within West Greenwich. Please ask at reception for full details of the areas which we cover.
In order to register, please present to reception, where you will be given all the required paperwork and have the registration process explained to you. We also ask that you book an appointment with the practice nurse to have a new patient medical carried out.
To register for NHS services you may need to provide proof of identity or eligibility. Our receptionists will be able to advise you on your eligibility and on what documents you may need to provide.
If you are only visiting the area, we can provide emergency care to you as a Temporary Patient. Again, our receptionists will be able to answer any questions you may have.
