Prescription
If you are on a long term medication, you may be able to obtain repeat prescriptions without seeing the doctor. Let the receptionist know what you require, but please try to give 48 hrs’ notice. Every three months, you will need to see a doctor or a nurse to review your medication unless agreed otherwise.
* Prescriptions cannot be taken over the telephone.
* This is to prevent serious errors.
Please come to the surgery and tell the receptionist the medication you require or write to us enclosing a self addressed stamped envelope. Alternatively, you could make arrangements with the local chemist of your choice to collect your prescriptions.
